Sheet metal forming and contract manufacturing
Sheet metal forming is carried out at shears or press brakes with a length of 4.0 m and 6.0 m. Possible edge radii are 3.0 or 4.0 mm. Aluminium or steel plates with a material thickness of 2.0 mm can be processed on our machines. Higher plate thicknesses must be checked regarding their processability. Besides chamfering works, we also carry out mitre cuts on customer-specific material.
Aluform profiled panels may be provided with an anti-drumming or anti-condensation coating. The anti-condensation coating of profiled panels is also realised as work on order by ALUFORM. Here, processing of profiles with a profile height of 85 mm and a panel width of 1.100 mm is possible. The length of the profiles to be coated amounts to a maximum of 20.0 m for aluminium profiles and a maximum of 10.0 m for steel profiles.

Planning services and CAD constructions
ALUFORM offers various services for consultation with regard to planning and construction including the constructional realisation of projects. This includes determination of allowable distances between supports depending on the bearing strength of profiled panels and connecting items and the calculation of statistically exceptional cases (cantilever arm calculations). Furthermore, calculations of the wind and snow loads existing on the building can be provided.
The compilation of key plans and bills of quantities with our CAD planning system is quick and efficient. ALUFORM assumes the entire development of construction suggestions for technical connection details within the frame of complete project management services. Our field staff and technical indoor service advise our customers personally and in a very competent way on this subject.
For the collaboration with architects, house builders and publishing companies, ALUFORM offers texts for invitation to tender online available at www.aluform.de. In addition to that, an extensive technical portfolio is provided including all necessary authorisations, detailed drawings and product descriptions required for the planning.
